At OscilHealth, we leverage state-of-the-art neuromodulation technology to empower flexible, location-independent training, whether you’re at home, in the office, or traveling. Our approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with the latest advancements in neuroscience, providing meaningful insights into brain function and behavior to support optimal mental well-being.
Neurofeedback helps individuals with ADHD by training the brain to regulate itself more effectively, especially in areas related to attention, impulse control, and emotional regulation.
People with ADHD often show excess theta waves and reduced beta waves. Neurofeedback uses EEG technology to monitor these brainwave patterns in real time and provides feedback often through games or visual cues when the brain shifts toward more optimal activity.
You’ll wear a lightweight sensor cap that comfortably monitors your brain activity in real time. As you relax and watch a movie or play a simple game, the screen or sound gently shifts in response to your brainwaves, rewarding moments of focus and redirecting periods of distraction.
This creates a powerful feedback loop: your brain begins to recognize and repeat patterns associated with calm, clarity, and regulation.
Over time, these sessions help retrain the brain toward more efficient, balanced function, supporting improvements in focus, emotional regulation, sleep, and more.
We’re real people helping other real people rewire for focus, calm, and confidence.
We treat each brain as unique, blending data-driven neurofeedback with genuine human care. Our protocols are grounded in neuroscience, tailored with exacting precision, and delivered with deep respect for each client’s journey. You’re not just a case, you’re a partner in a process built on trust, growth, and transformation.
To redefine support for ADHD by providing accessible, evidence based neurofeedback that nurtures focus, resilience, and self belief with or without a diagnosis and medication.
Our Mission to deliver safe, effective neurofeedback that empowers individuals with ADHD to enhance focus, emotional regulation, and well being supporting lasting change beyond medication.
Transforming Futures an oscilwave at a time
I earned a 1st in my finals without medication
I started therapy when my husband’s sex addiction was discovered. I have been in therapy with Tanya for about 18months & just coming to an end. I have explored many other issues from childhood, which caused high anxiety & OCD tendencies. My time with Tanya has been so transformative for me as an individual & as a couple.
I always feel Tanya really listens to me & she is so patient. The schema therapy has also really helped. Very knowledgeable lady indeed! A real find!
We did 9 months of therapy to tackle addictive tendencies around lust, sugar, and phone addiction. Within 9 months, my life improved tremendously, and I am now enjoying an addiction-free life. Thank you so much, Tanya, for helping me out in my transformational journey of mine!<br>

I started neurotherapy after a recommendation from a family member. I was amazed at how a quick session could give me insight into how my brain was functioning. Over the next 6 months, I really worked at it and made some great improvements.
I worked with Tanya for about 12 months in 2023/2024 for some help with low moods and a chaotic workload. The neurofeedback sessions were a follow up to those sessions to help me to be more focused and clear thinking, both in my work and day to day life. I’ve found Tanya’s support to be very targeted to my needs and incredibly professional throughout these engagements.
Tanya has a deep knowledge of the subjects relevant to therapy like mine. She understands very easily what I am trying to achieve and then shapes the necessary activities to help me in the best way.
I was a little doubtful about the neurofeedback sessions to start with, though I was open to trying them out. I couldn’t see how wearing a skullcap with sensors and then watching short videos would help my thought patterns to change. However, I was very pleasantly surprised, both at how simple the process is to do and how quickly it started to have a positive effect. I am now better able to deal with complex problems and to settle my mind into a place of focus when quieter work is needed. The neurofeedback process also helped me to be more focused during personal interactions – to remain much more engaged with the other person/people and to process what is being said, accurately.
Started therapy just over 1 year ago to deal with compulsive behaviours and the challenges presented by my ADHD
My therapist has a clear understanding of the issues that lead to compulsive behaviours and how they link to neurodiversity factors. She is able to listen to the challenges, offer practical coping strategies, and also use modern techniques such as neurofeedback to help
I have learned to connect better with my emotions and use neurofeedback meditations to help ground me each day. The CBT sessions have helped me to understand my compulsive behaviours and how to address the root causes
